Blockchain Applications in Supply Chain Management for Ensuring Transparency and Reducing Fraud

This short paper synthesizes pre-2025 research, proposes a reference architecture, compares platform/consensus choices, and maps implementation patterns across provenance, anti-counterfeiting, and compliance automation. We discuss integration with ERP/IoT, privacy and scalability trade-offs, governance templates, and measurable impact.
